Several people have asked about bills in the Philippines. Thanks to Lane Shore, Mission Possible Chicago, here is the Senate bill that was passed. Note that Section 5 says: "The penalty of a fine ranging from five hundred thousand pesos (P500,000.00) to five million pesos (P5,000,000,00) shall be imposed upon any individual or officers of a manufacturing or distributing corporation or company who shall violate any of the provisions of this Act.

This is an excellently written bill going over the symptoms from headaches, dizziness, seizures, numbness and hearing loss to heart palpitations, breathing difficulties, slurred speech, memory loss and joint pain. It also mentions brain tumors, MS, epilepsy, chronic fatigue, Parkinson's, Alzheimer's, mental retardation, lymphoma, birth defects, fibromyalgia and diabetes.
